No Snow

Hey again, today in School, a friend told me that making a Christmas song would probobly be a good idea. But, of course, Instead of it being all festive and cheery, I've decided to moan at the fact that in England, we get hardly any snow. Which, is true, because, we suck in the whole 'weather department'. Anyway, here it is. The melody is a little iregular, but I hope you enjoy anyhow.

No Snow:

Time after time, pavements are empty,

And each step I take, I realise just how dull,

You can become, (Oh,Oh,Oh)

With no snow,

The rain washes away the chances,

And even with a speck of the white,

It’ all left behind, (Oh,Oh,Oh)

With no snow,

And as the white crystals from up above,

Fall down upon my face,

I stand their looking up,

Taking these few seconds, to embrace

But then it times to go,

Because there is no snow,

No footprints in the floor,

Barely anything,

Anything at all,

And yet, I can feel it hitting my skin,

But because it’s so thin,

Sadness it will cause so,

With no snow,

Year after year, the chances are weaker

Because as each second passes, the world gets bleaker

No-one seems to realise, how important this can be,

That lack of single snow flakes,

Leaves nothing there for me,

And that’s because, (Oh,Oh,Oh)

There’s just no snow…
